To help bridge the ‘old view’ to the ‘new view’ of you, it takes the first few supporters!
So we created a safe, welcoming space for you to explore the insights of your Impact Alchemy, as you start to embody the ‘new view’ of you. You will be placed in a hand-selected group of up to 5 other women only. You will likely create a deep bond of understanding of each other’s unique contribution, giving and receiving feedback and guidance, to bring your ‘new view’ to fruition.
Impact Alchemy Exploration
A Flexible Framework
The calls follow a set framework for the first 8-12 weeks (this is tailored to the pace of the group). In those fortnightly calls we investigate how your Impact Alchemy will inform the project / purpose you intend to use it for. For example, if you are planning on implementing a leadership program in your workplace, components of your Impact Alchemy can inform the experience you want to create for your participants. Each fortnight we focus on a different component of your Alchemy, to bring your vision to life with powerful integrity, all while using the group to bounce ideas, and improve them.
After the more structured investigation is complete, the calls continue regularly but transform to what you need them to be. If everyone on the call needs a PR strategist then Kath invites one to speak to you. If everyone needs a TedTalk trainer, then guess who’s coming on the call next week!

You will learn an entirely new perspective on how to show up in the world, and this perspective is part based in philosophy, science, quantum physics, archetypes and well-being and energy management. We are currently working on building relationships and connections with coaches in your area of contribution. Our aim is to have a network of support you can tap into in case of emergency. Sometimes in the creation of the new, a bit of old gets stuck, and it’s hard to shift it in a group setting. Sometimes you just need someone to do a bit of 1:1 digging to push you back into the current of influence. There will always be an opportunity to work 1:1 with one of our network coaches to shift the stuck bits.

Sarah, who works in a male-dominated leadership team, within a structured, slow-moving traditional culture, has trained as a women’s coach. By unearthing her unique contribution in the Impact Alchemy she has managed to find flow and fluidity in her approach as the company’s COO. She has made the big call NOT to start a business, but instead to apply her talents to generate change from within.
Sarah is creating a women’s leadership program within the company, designed to help women progress their careers sustainably. She hopes this will start to address the gender imbalance in her organisation. In its first year, 6 women will be elevated. In the second year, more women will be trained to provide coaching throughout the whole organisation, bringing the power of coaching to everyone who wants to live in more alignment, with balance and purpose in their lives. This nearly happened to Sara, a Professor at Te Herenga Waka Victoria University of Wellington. Who is the Impact Alchemy for?
For anyone who wants to know or harness their unique contribution to make big impactful moves in life. Anyone searching for more fulfilling opportunities in work, or anyone ready to live in alignment with their true self. It is the foundational you, that is essential to understand if you want to create something unique and powerful. Such as a program, book, keynote speech, sales conversation, website copy, movement, corporate leadership program and more.
Why should I do the Impact Alchemy?
Because you’re unique, and you’ll be happier if you know what makes you so, and can articulate it. You can’t be anyone else. If you try to do things the way others do, it just won’t fit. Even if you have downloaded ALL the training, sat through ALL the webinars, employed the mentor, read the book – none of it will help you become influential unless you can articulate why people should listen to you! If you want to effect change or become influential in the workplace, career, or business, you need to know how to talk about WHO you are and what you stand for.

Why can’t I just use a brand strategist or graphic designer?
Because they can only work with what you can articulate about yourself. If you don’t know how to talk about what makes you unique then you can’t guide them on how to design a personal brand that suits you AND the people you want to help. Often business and brand strategists are focused on the end consumer, but I’m guessing you don’t want to spend one more minute of your life trying to help people you don’t vibe with! So why don’t we unearth who you can have the greatest impact on with your unique magic and genius zone and build from there!

Can you tell me more about the Impact Generator?
The first crew of quiet achievers who invested in an Impact Alchemy demanded more of my insight to help them show up in their unique contribution more often. Funny thing…When one starts showing up in the light of who they authentically are, sometimes you get a bit of shade thrown your way! People get accustomed to your patterns of behaviour, so if you start behaving in alignment with your authentic self, it can be challenging to remain steadfastly courageous. So we support you in that bridging across, and help you with influential leadership strategies that assist in making the change you want to see in your culture, family, or even the world!
What business growth will I see due to this Impact Alchemy?
It completely depends on how you use your profile. This is not the latest strategy or campaign that works! It’s you, profiled. What is that worth to your work life? Could you develop a completely unique program that you can charge 5 x more for because no one else is solving that problem? What if I don’t know what to do with the Impact Alchemy profile?

Can I join the Impact Generator if I haven’t done the Impact Alchemy?
No sorry, you can’t! The Impact Generator is a group of no more than 6 people on each call. A nurtured and very aligned, curated group of humans who are raising each other up. It’s important that we are all on the same journey as it heightens the sacredness of that space and the value of the conversations that happen in there. We are future-focused, curating informed discussions and challenging norms and ideas that will only become possible to you once you have completed the Impact Alchemy.
What if I don’t like my Impact Alchemy?
This has NEVER happened, but in case it does we have a policy where if you don’t think I have understood you in the 1:1 session, and we don’t vibe, then I will give you 100% of your money back before I write your profile. We do not refund after we have presented the profile because that would be like refunding you after completing the build on your house!
Can I get a refund if I change my mind after I have booked my 1:1 session for the Impact Alchemy?
Yes you can get a refund within the first 24hrs of booking your Impact Alchemy, if you change your mind. You can change your session time if you need to also.
How can I use the Impact Alchemy if I’m a coach?
We can help you to use your profile and the associated frameworks we deliver to help you develop your own unique coaching program. The frameworks are also incredibly useful for developing a powerful sales process and sales conversation guide. The languaging mechanisms that we use in your profile can become part of your brand messaging, or the basis for a coaching tool you might develop. We also give you enough to spark ideas around program names, and what your unique value proposition as a coach might be. The profile will also help you choose a very powerful and unique niche for your program, as well as gift you an incredibly powerful starting point for a unique coach biography.
How can I use the Impact Alchemy if I’m a consultant?
You can use the profile in all the same ways as a coach would. The frameworks presented in the profile can also be used as a basis for you positioning the benefit of working with you compared with another consultant. They make excellent starting points for selling your methodology and outcomes. Take a read of the coach options also for a full picture of how you can use the Impact Alchemy.
How can I use the Impact Alchemy if I’m a corporate leader?
Depending on your role in your company, you can use your profile in all the same ways as a coach or consultant would. Many leaders have used it to develop a unique way to transform the culture of their team, leveraging their unique strengths, and having an objective and clear way to describe what they’re trying to achieve and its benefits. It is a unique foundation to a leadership program, empowerment group, or transformation committee framework.
What will I get as deliverables from the Impact Alchemy?
The Impact Alchemy includes:
- a series of prep work (think of it as creative home-play) exercises delivered via email to begin.
- followed by a 1:1 2hr session with Kath in person or on Zoom (no further prep required)
- followed by your Impact Alchemy profile (a slide presentation) in a 1hr Zoom call with Kath.
- from there we will make a plan for next steps for you (bespoke to your situation).
How long does the Impact Alchemy take?
The Impact Alchemy takes some prep work by you, before your in-person session, in addition to the 2 sessions with Kath.
The total time commitment from you is approximately 2-3hrs of prep work + 2 hrs with Kath + 1hr for profile presentation (6hrs).
